Shipping Policy

 Our products are crafted and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all our products. All orders require up to 5-10 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing before shipping. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your tracking number to update. At this time all orders are shipped through USPS and it is no longer KOLORS essentials responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. ALL claims must be resolved through USPS. PLEASE take your time to put in your correct address during checkout.

Processing
Our normal processing time is 5-10 business days, not including weekends. Processing times may start the day after you place an order, excluding if an order is placed on a Friday in which your order will start processing on Monday. We will be sure to keep you updated on any delays with processing orders. Please make sure to understand that you are agreeing to the processing times once you place your order. You will always receive and email/text when your order is placed and also when your order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen and/or Damaged Packages
If your product arrived damaged in any way please contact us immediately by email with pictures of the damage that has occurred, kolorsessentials@gmail.com.
KOLORS essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as we are no longer responsible after your package arrives at the USPS and you receive your tracking information. Please make sure to double check that the correct address is entered for shipping when an order is placed. If tracking shows that an order was delivered please contact USPS with any discrepancies and file a claim if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If your package has been returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for the return shopping cost that will occur to send the products back to you. Customer will be responsible for a reshipping fee. No refunds will be provided in the event the customer provides the wrong or incomplete address. Please email us to be invoiced for additional shipping fees.
